Letting you cast multiple leveled spells per turn as long as they don’t all consume spell slots is a huge imbalance between classes/subclasses that get cast x without a spell slot features and classes/subclasses that don’t (or just can’t do so effectively). One major change in 2024 is that every class now picks their subclass at level 3 and subclass features arrive uniformly at levels 3, 6, 10, and 14.
